Warranty/Return Policy

Returns/Repairs:
To return a product, please email us at orders@hummingbirdmountaingear.com to request instructions. Then ship it back to us at:

Once we receive the product, Hummingbird Mountain Gear will decide if the issue is covered under our warranty policy. Based on our assessment, we may repair the product, replace the product, or return the product as is.

Limited Warranty:
Hummingbird Mountain Gear products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year and will be replaced without charge, if after inspection by us, no misuse or alteration is disclosed. Hummingbird Mountain Gear makes no other warranty expressed or implied. This does not include apparel, see below for information regarding apparel returns.

Apparel Returns:
Hummingbird Mountain Gear accepts returns and exchanges on all apparel if it has NOT been worn or washed.

Gear Bags:
Hummingbird Mountain Gear cannot replace fully functioning products if they have been used outside, on indoor climbing walls, treated with a waterproofing product, or are not in brand new condition.
